Find the boutique closest to you, book an appointment and let us know which designs you like, your dress size and your shoe size. When you arrive at the shop you will be welcomed by a specialised assistant who will help you to try on the dresses and accessories you have already selected, and suggest other possible designs to help you choose every detail of the perfect outfit.
Delivery usually takes 3-6 working days and is always free. To ensure you receive a perfect product, we only send Max Mara Bridal garments after we have prepared them very carefully. The shipping times may therefore very slightly, to enable us to take care of every detail of your choice. The products are delivered by the courier UPS from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person. For Max Mara Bridal orders, returns are always free. In-store product delivery is a service exclusive to Max Mara Bridal. Please note that you will only be able to have your order delivered to boutiques that stock the Collection. Call our Customer Service to receive support in your purchase and in the choice of your preferred pick-up shop. You will find all the information in the dedicated section. To receive assistance on the day you collect your garment, inform the shop and book an appointment: a specialised assistant will help you to try it on and will be able to advise you with any possible alterations.
It is only possible to return Max Mara Bridal garments and accessories if you have purchased them online. You will be able to return them either through our website or in the Max Mara boutiques that stock the Collection. Search for the closest boutique to you in the dedicated section.
You have 14 days from when your order was delivered to request a return.
The products must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of their labels and accessories.
You have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return and an additional 14 days to return the products. The procedure is quick and easy and delivery is completely free.
If you are not a Registered User, you will need to contact our Customer Services Department by phone or email.
If you are a Registered User you can send us your return request directly from your My MaxMara account:
1. go to your profile page
2. go to the "My Orders" section, select the order that contains the product you want to return and click on "Request Return"
3. you will receive an email with the label to print and apply to the package, the tracking number to track the delivery and the telephone number of UPS
4. be sure to protect the products by choosing a box of an appropriate size
5. arrange the collection of the package with UPS: call the phone number provided in the email or go to www.ups.com. Make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since you requested to return the item.
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. The time it takes for you to receive the refund depends on the internal procedures of your bank.
Finally, if you want to use a different courier, you will be charged for the delivery costs. We recommend that you choose a trackable delivery service, so that you can trace your package at any time.
In-store returns are permitted exclusively for garments and accessories from the Max Mara Bridal Collection. You can return products at the Max Mara boutiques that stock the Collection.
In store, you will be welcomed by our staff who will assist you in your every request.

If you are not completely satisfied with the size or the design chosen, you can go back to one of the boutiques that stocks the collection and receive a personalised consultation. A specialised assistant will advise you of any possible alterations that can be made to the garment you have already purchased, or help you to choose a new design.
In the event that you want to make an exchange, you will have to return the unsatisfactory product and buy the new design that you prefer. As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will perform the necessary checks, and we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund.
